Papua New Guinea played its last game against Scotland. Scotland opted to bat after winning the toss. Scotland lost the wickets of the two openers in the powerplay. Matthew Cross and Richie Berrington added 92 runs for the third wicket. Their contributions helped Scotland post a total of 165 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs.
Kabua Morea picked four wickets and Chad Soper picked three wickets for PNG. PNG’s batting line-up failed to provide a solid start to the team.
